Cancellation Policy:
The following terms and conditions apply to cancellations, refunds, and exchanges for training courses:
Cancellation Requests:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled training course date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or refund requests made within 30 days of the course start date.
Refund Policy:
Due to limited course availability and the travel commitments of many participants, cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This means that only 50% of the course fee will be refundable after enrollment.
Rescheduling/Exchanges:
Rescheduling or exchanging enrollment for a later course date may be possible upon request; however, such requests remain subject to the same 30-day cancellation policy outlined above.
Training Provider Cancellations:
In rare instances where Gravitas Protection Group must cancel a course or event, all registered participants will be notified and receive a full refund.
Liability Waiver:
Students will be required to complete a Gravitas Protection Group Training Liability Waiver in order to participate in training events. Students may be required to complete additional waivers, as required by the hosting range / facility.
ITAR Compliance:
In compliance with ITAR Regulations, all students are required to be United States Citizens.
By enrolling in a training course, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
